From October 29 to 31, E.A. Slyozkina, Deputy Director of the Institute of International Education, and M.S. Kasyanov, Head of the Radioelectronics Cluster of the Admissions Office, represented RTU MIREA at the 17th “Education in Russia 2026/27” exhibition of 28 leading Russian universities, organized by the Moscow Classics Foundation, an NGO, with support from the Russian House in Bishkek and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. The event took place across three cities: Bishkek, Kara-Balta, and Kant, and attracted more than 3,000 visitors.

High school students and their parents met with university representatives, explored educational programs, and learned about admission rules, requirements, and deadlines, including opportunities under the Russian Government’s quota for training foreign citizens and stateless persons in Russia. Prospective students were introduced to the most in-demand and popular study programs at RTU MIREA, along with the unique opportunities the university offers.

Additionally, M.S. Kasyanov held a master class titled “Autonomous Evening Lighting” at Alexander Pushkin Secondary School No. 17 in Bishkek for students in grades 9 to 11. Participants studied the principles of sensors and light generators with hands-on practice in constructing a model streetlamp with autonomous lighting. The master class sparked great enthusiasm: students asked questions, shared ideas, and actively engaged in the process.

E.A. Slyozkina also took part in a presentation of Russian universities at the Gazprom Kyrgyzstan School, a resource center for Russian education, where she discussed prospects for educational cooperation to promote the RTU MIREA brand in the Kyrgyz education market.
