RTU MIREA Volunteer Expedition in Belarus Completed

A team of RTU MIREA volunteers has successfully completed their work to improve the grounds of the Republican Center for Patriotic Education of Youth, located at the Kobrin fortification in Brest, Belarus.

During the expedition, volunteers were engaged in cleaning the historical casemates and setting up camp facilities. The team removed over 5,000 kg of broken bricks and construction debris.

In addition to their intensive work, the volunteers enjoyed a rich cultural program. They visited the Berestie Archaeological Museum, the Ruzhany Palace, the Kossovo Palace and the Thaddeus Kosciuszko Museum, played sports games, and explored the main sights of Brest, deepening their understanding of the city’s history and culture.
