Russian Student and Youth Delegation Departs for DPRK

A delegation of students and young people from Russia departed for the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), led by RTU MIREA Vice-Rector Grigory Petushkov.

“Meetings of youth from the two allied countries have deep roots and were held by our predecessors 40, 50, and 60 years ago,” said Mr. Petushkov. “Supported by the leadership of our countries, we continue to actively develop and scale up youth exchanges, understanding that the future of our strategic partnership is also forged in the hearts of today’s youth.”

According to the vice-rector, soon, together with colleagues from the Socialist Union of Patriotic Youth, a Russian-Korean competition will be launched for the best project of a monument dedicated to the brotherhood in arms and heroism of special military operation veterans.
