The members of the “Musical Theater School” and “New-Polynom” groups who took part in an international creative festival in Almaty, Kazakhstan, have returned home.
Aside from their successful performances, the RTU MIREA delegation was actively involved in cultural exchanges. To this end, the group visited the Innovational Creativity Center, where they became acquainted with some of the best practices developed in Kazakhstan’s arts and education.
As part of their cultural exchange program, the delegation also visited one of Kazakhstan’s most prestigious universities, the K. I. Satpayev National Research Technical University, renowned for its developments in mining and petroleum engineering.
The visit included a youth policy roundtable and a tour of the university’s classrooms, research laboratories, and rehearsal facilities for performing arts. A highlight of the visit was a joint song concert with local students.
In addition to their intensive educational and cultural program, RTU MIREA students visited some unique natural landmarks: the Kok Tobe Mountain, the Charyn and Black Canyons, the picturesque Lakes Kolsai and Kaindy.
The Culture and Creativity Center expresses gratitude to RTU MIREA for the opportunity to perform internationally and to exchange experiences with other student organizations.
